This is a one to one treatment where you will be on a comfy treatment bed with pillows and blankets. In a cozy candle lit room with Geetha who will guide you into a relaxed state through meditation and sound. What is healing through sound? Sound healing uses specific frequencies, rhythms and intentional silence to help restore balance. A sound bath is a guided journey through carefully layered tones designed to calm the nervous system, clear mental noise and support emotional and spiritual peace.
